The old control system was replaced by a modern process control system from “proleit” company. The changeover took place while production continued without any noteworthy downtimes The project covers production areas fermenting and storage cellar, yeast cellar, filtration, water deaeration,  BBT-room, tanker station, two CIP-facilities.

The new system is especially characterized by high usability and availability.
