Modernization of process control system in the cellar area of the brewery Puntigam

After an intensive time of preparation we recently launched the new control system in brewery Graz-Puntigam. The old control system was replaced by a modern process control system from “proleit” company. The changeover took place while production continued without any noteworthy downtimes The project covers production areas fermenting and storage cellar, yeast cellar, filtration, water deaeration,  BBT-room, tanker station, two CIP-facilities.

The new system is especially characterized by high usability and availability.

After optimization by our technicians and technologists of the brewery the efficiency of the facilities could be improved considerably.
